摘要: This research was motivated by low teacher performance. aimed to investigate whether there an impact of work motivation, job environment and rewards toward certified working performance at Senior High School in Kota Agung Subdistrict 2014/2015 academic year. Method used this verificative description with expost facto approach survey. Teacher population researcher were 125 number respondent chosen based on Nomogram Harry King formula as many 102 teachers. To test hypothesis 1, 2 3, the a simple regression for 4, multiple linier regression. The result analysis showeel that: (1) has motivation performance, 2) 3) 4) environment, performance.  Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh guru yang rendah. bertujuan untuk mengethui apakah ada pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan imbalan terhadap pada sertifikasi SMA/MA Kecamatan Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan deskriptif verivikatif dengan pendekatan Ex Post Facto Survey . Populasi berjumlah orang jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus sebanyak guru. Untuk menguji hipotesis 3 sederhana 4 regresi multipel. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa: guru, (2) (3) (4) motivasi, Kata kunci: imbalan, motivasi,
