摘要: Photodynamic therapy (PDT) involves the administration of a photosensitizing drug and its subsequent activation by light at wavelengths matching absorption spectrum photosensitizer. Because skin is readily accessible to light-based therapies, PDT with systemic particularly topical agents has become important in treating cutaneous disorders. Topical indicated for actinic keratosis, superficial or thin non-melanoma cancer, including some cases nodular basal cell carcinoma, lymphomas. Advantages aminolevulinic acid/methyl aminolevulinate include possibility simultaneous treatment multiple tumors large surface areas, good cosmesis, minimal morbidity, such as bleeding, scarring, infection.
