摘要: The low temperature formation of crystalline zinc oxide via thermal decomposition acetylacetonate monohydrate C10H14O4Zn·H2O was studied by humidity controlled analysis. investigated sample-controlled thermogravimetry (SCTG), thermogravimety combined with evolved gas analysis mass spectrometry (TG-MS) and simultaneous differential scanning calorimetry X-ray diffractometry (XRD-DSC). Decomposition in dry linear heating began dehydration around 60°C, followed sublimation above 100°C. SCTG useful because the high-temperature parallel decompositions were inhibited. changed water vapor atmosphere. Formation ZnO promoted increasing could be synthesized at temperatures below XRD-DSC equipped a generator revealed that decomposed directly to reacting vapor.
