Lower Band Gap Sb/ZnWO 4 /r-GO Nanocomposite Based Supercapacitor Electrodes

摘要: Sb/ZnWO4/r-GO nanocomposite has been prepared by a single step solvothermal method. The crystal structure of the characterized using powder x-ray diffractometer (XRD). optical properties were studied UV–visible spectroscopy and photoluminescence. energy band gap 3.52 eV is obtained for ZWS-5 Tauc plots. For both Sb/ZnWO4 XRD shows monoclinic Wolframite structure. supercapacitor performance samples was carried out electrochemical techniques such as cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge–discharge impedance spectroscopy. exhibits specific capacitance 102 F/g, which higher than pristine ZWS 64 F/g. Both electrodes show good retention proficiency even after 1000 cycles.
