Deactivation studies of nano-structured iron catalyst in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis

摘要: A nano-structured iron catalyst for syngas conversion to hydrocarbons in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS) was prepared by micro-emulsion method. Compositions of bulk phase and transformations carbonaceous species during deactivation FTS reaction were characterized temperature-programmed surface with hydrogen (TPSR-H2), XRD techniques. Many on the catalysts completely identified combined TPSR-H2 spectra which compared those recorded conventional co-precipitated catalyst. The results reveal that from formation inactive carbide phases like graphite, it will be increased when particle size oxides reduced
