摘要: Members of basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) gene family found in all eukaryotes play crucial roles response to stress. Though, most carry the proteins this family, biological functions bHLH members are not deeply evaluated plants. In study, we conducted a comprehensive genome-wide analysis transcription factors salt tolerant common bean. We identified 155 protein-encoding genes (PvbHLH) by using silico comparative genomics tools. Based on phylogenetic tree, PvbHLH were classified into 8 main groups with 21 subfamilies. Exon–intron indicated that belonging same exhibited closely related structure. While, has been mainly expanded through segmental duplications, total 11 tandem duplication detected. Genome-wide expression showed 63 differentially expressed at least one tissue. Three them displayed higher values both leaf and root tissues. The micro-RNA target transcript analyses revealed totally 100 PvHLH targeted 86 plant miRNAs. abundant transcripts, which 18 miRNA, PvHLH-22 PvHLH-44 genes. 16 tissues salt-stressed bean was qRT-PCR. Among them, two PvbHLHs, PvbHLH-54, PvbHLH-148, be up-regulated correlation RNA-seq measurements. results study could help improve understanding under Additionally, it may provide resources for analyzing protein function improving economic, agronomic ecological benefit other species.
