摘要: 1. Shown by the sagittal cryostat-microsections, epidermis of adult mouse and rabbit skins consisted 3-4 layers cells, occupying about 40 mu in thickness. When advancing a penetrating microelectrode from surface vertically downward into its depth, cell membrane potentials these series, being -4---8mv, -6---20mv, -12---20mv, respectively, could be got. These potentials, turn, used to mark proper insertion electrode desired layer. Beyond depth usually no potential was met. 2. Microinjection carboxyfluorescein (CoF) first (shallowest) epidermal layer, matter how long injection time was, produced restricted dye transfer-only 1 or 2 neighbor cells. Transfer 3-5 cells would seen 15 min. after 7 CoF 2nd this number slowly increased if further prolonged. Similar 3rd 4th (Malpighi) layer resulted transfer 20-40 Most testing injections work have been done layer.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
