摘要: Three proteins from the chloroplastic outer envelope membrane and four inner have been identified as components of protein import apparatus. Multiple molecular chaperones a stromal processing peptidase are also important machinery. The interactions these with each other precursors destined for transport into chloroplasts gradually being described using both biochemical genetic strategies. Homologs some in cyanobacteria suggesting that at least machinery was inherited cyanobacterial ancestors gave rise to chloroplasts.
