摘要: Abstract A rapid method for the screening of organophosphorus (OP) pesticides in fruit and vegetables is reported. Sample extracts were analysed using resistive heating-gas chromatography (RH-GC) with flame photometric detection (FPD). CarboFrit insert GC liner allowed injection crude onto system. Separation up to 20 was achieved 4.3 min excellent retention time stability. Signal-to-noise ratios 5:1 or better obtained majority at lowest calibrated level (LCL), 0.01 μg ml−1, linearity over range 0.01–0.5 μg ml−1 (0.004–0.2 mg kg−1 equivalent). Average recoveries between 70 116% spiked 0.01 0.1 mg kg−1 associated R.S.D. values ≤20% cases. Estimates relative reproducibility standard deviation (R.S.D.R), made by combining observed estimates uncertainty mean recovery determination HORRAT which confirmed that capable producing results are fit purpose. The validated then used screen peaches, grapes sweet peppers a total 37 pesticides. Incurred residue RH-GC–FPD good agreement from analysis same samples MS confirmation.
