摘要: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are non-immunogenic, multipotent with at least trilineage differentiation potential. They promote wound healing, improve regeneration of injured tissue, and mediate numerous other health effects. MSCs migrate to sites injury stimulate repair either through direct or indirectly the stimulation endogenous mechanisms. Using in vitro scratch assay, we show that inflammatory cytokines, chemokines, growth factors TNF-α, SDF-1, PDGF, bFGF enhance migration rat under normoxic conditions, while IFN-γ, MSC hypoxic conditions. This indicates oxygen concentration affects how will response specific and, consistent this, differential expression cytokines was observed versus transwell find bFGF, IGF-1, SDF-1 significantly increase transmigration compared unstimulated medium. derived from aged rats exhibited comparable young even after application factors. Similarly, aged, human donors did not statistically differ umbilical cord tissue younger donors.
