摘要: Resume L'otite seromuqueuse (OSM) est une pathologie pediatrique extremement frequente, particulierement pendant les deux premieres annees de vie. L'OSM qui a souvent tendance guerir spontanement, le traitement doit donc etre reserve certaines formes severes et persistantes : elles correspondent aux avec surinfections frequentes, hypoacousie durable genante socialement poche retraction tympanique. Le l'OSM associe des moyens medicaux representes par l'antibiotherapie la corticotherapie, chirurgicaux aerateurs transtympaniques l'adenoidectomie. A part situations particulieres ou pose d'aerateurs realisee rapidement, initialement medical. C'est en cas d'echec du medical que l'adenoidectomie et/ou doivent proposees.
