摘要: Samples from 34 patients were studied both histologically and immunocytochemically by the indirect biotin-avidin peroxidase technique to analyse distribution of extracellular matrix components (type IV collagen, fibronectin, types I III collagens) in dissection aorta. Most showed defects type collagen around medial smooth muscle cells. Defects cell basement membrane found throughout media cystic degeneration medionecrosis, whereas atherosclerosis such unlabelled areas only above advanced atherosclerotic plaques. In aortitis other inflammatory infiltrates. all these conditions similar fibronectin expression also found. No interstitial collagens seen dissecting aortas. Moreover, degeneration, characterised intense staining components. pathogenesis aortic local changes membranes layer may be important.
