摘要: Abstract Social media has an impact on many aspects of human life ranging from sharing personal information to revolutionizing political systems entire countries. One not so well studied aspect social is analyzing its usage and efficacy in healthcare, particularly developing countries which lack state-of-the-art healthcare processes. In such countries, may be used facilitate patient-centric by involving the patient for fulfilling needs. This article provides in-depth analysis one need, that is, how people use request blood donations. We study dissemination behavior using fulfill donation requests. focus twitter, accounts India. Our reveals each seven twitter we have a large followership more than 35,000 users average receive substantial number (more 900) requests day average. analyze various ways present outlook providers make their through better understanding needs requesting also identifies areas where future enabled automated can individual patients. These provide support saving lives reducing gap between donors need.
