摘要: Extant literature is inconclusive regarding how adoption of lo gistics information technology affects various measures performance. We propose that an organization’s logistics positively related to increased levels efficiency, effectiveness, and flexibility contrary findings may be partially attributed the moderating role a positive buyer-supplier relationship. A meta-analysis approach used investigate popular technologies, specifically EDI RFID, evidence in support these relationships uncovered. The results suggest inclusion additional constructs existing innovation model. implications are discussed further research recommended.
