摘要: Das Nierenzellkarzinom mit supradiaphragmalem Cavathrombus ist eine seltene Tumorentitat. Die Operation mittels Nephrektomie und Thrombektomie gilt als Therapiestandard. Praoperativ Magnetresonanztomographie transosophagealer Echokardiographie das Ausmas des Thrombus zu evaluieren. Operationsplanung -durchfuhrung sollte in interdisziplinarer Zusammenarbeit erfolgen. Trotz der Operationsrisiken erreicht man ein langeres tumorspezifisches Uberleben.
