摘要: Performance of healthcare service includes quality and efficiency, so there is inevitably an association between them. In general, it believed that a trade-off efficiency; however, we prove not completely accurate. We take the as additional output to measure efficiency creatively, discuss based on effect relative efficiency. Firstly, use TOPSIS method calculate index values 31 provinces mainland China. This practice ensures consistent comparison provinces’ qualities. Subsequently, performances efficiencies with consideration or not, by constructing DEA models. Then, analyze from each group national, east, central west, conclude them different along their advantage degrees Finally, Tobit regression test 12 environment variables’ net impacts both not. The results indicate main drivers are when article contributes field performance measurement service, puts forward new integrate provides management guidelines.
