摘要: One of the most intriguing questions in biological science is how life originated on Earth. A large number hypotheses have been proposed to explain it, each putting an emphasis different events leading functional translation and self-sustained system. Here, we propose a set interactions that could taken place prebiotic environment. According our hypothesis, hybridization-induced proximity short aminoacylated RNAs led synthesis peptides random sequence. We postulate among these emerged type peptide(s) capable stimulating interaction between specific amino acids, which call "bridge peptide" (BP). conclude should at same time when standard genetic code begun evolve due stabilizing effect RNA-peptide complexes with help BPs. Ribosomes, ribozymes, enzyme-directed RNA replication co-evolve within period, as logical outcome world without need only step.
