摘要: The study of labor productivity in the construction industry is gaining increasing attention as faces multiple problems related to its workforce. This paper presents results a survey instrument applied determine relative level relevance drivers and opportunities. Owners, general contractors, electrical mechanical consultants, others participated this survey. Management skills manpower issues were identified two areas with greatest potential affect according respondents. Surprisingly, external factors, which are often cited major cause for reduced industry, considered be one least relevant drivers. These suggest that respondents consider improvement within their reach control rather than determined by conditions.
