摘要: Pseudomonas is one of the most common bacterial genus. Some species have potential to control phytopathogens. As a result, selected isolates may be biofungicides in agriculture. A comprehensive understanding ecological and functional characteristics bacteria phyllosphere essential for maximizing their agricultural utility. Due significance disease control, plant-associated spp. been extensively studied multiphasic from ecology genomics. In this review, we summarize previous studies applied perspective, then discuss application beneficial with an emphasis on latest advancements molecular microbial ecology.
