摘要: We demonstrate, for the first time to our knowledge, utility of coherent Rayleigh scattering (CRS) temperature measurements in low-density gases and weakly ionized plasmas by measuring translational neutral argon a glow discharge. By analysis near-Gaussian spectral profile CRS signal, we determine temperatures with an uncertainty ≤3%. also investigate intensity range over which this simple Gaussian can be used discuss its potential gas diagnostics.
