摘要: Bioemulsans are amphipathic proteins and/or polysaccharides that stabilize oil-in-water emulsions. produced by a wide diversity of microorganisms and have potential applications in the food, paper, paint, bioremediation, agriculture, detergent cosmetics industries. The production RAG-1 emulsan has been studied batch-fed fermentors via self-cycling fermentation with immobilized cells using Celite support matrix. several advantages over lower molecular weight emulsifiers presently used industry. last few years seen number new bioemulsans described commercial applications.
