摘要: Traction tables are used in numerous procedures about the hip and femur, including fracture fixation, arthroscopy, less invasive arthroplasty. The use of a traction table is not without risks, however, significant complications have been described, injury to perineal integument soft tissues, neurologic impairment, iatrogenic compartment syndrome well leg. orthopaedic surgeon who uses for surgical management femur must be familiar with associated potential dangers risks develop plan avoid table–associated complications, such as radiolucent flat-top operating obese patients, adequate patient positioning, minimum possible time.
