摘要: Abstract The surface and grain-boundary energies the diffusion coefficients of stoichiometric UO 2 have been measured at temperatures 1400 —1700° C, using multiphase equilibration technique. decreased from 0.34 Jm − 1400°C to 0.16 −2 1700°C and, therefore, are lower than previously published estimates. However, most these earlier estimates, which refer temperatures, consistent with new data if temperature dependence energy is assumed be ∼4 × 10 −4 J/m °C. In contrast, grain-boudary energy/surface ratios similar other coefficients, derived measurements groove widths, in good agreement values deduced tracer experiments but several times greater obtained mass transport kinetics. This discrepancy can removed all unified recalculated values.
