Recent trends in the tuning of polymersomes’ membrane properties

摘要: “Polymersomes” are vesicular structures made from the self-assembly of block copolymers. Such present outstanding interest for different applications such as micro- or nano-reactor, drug release can simply be used tool understanding basic biological mechanisms. The use polymersomes in is strongly related to way their membrane properties controlled and tuned either by a precise molecular design constituting addition specific components inside (formulation approaches). Typical obtained “coil coil” copolymer since end nineties will first briefly reviewed compared those lipidic analogues, named liposomes. Therefore approaches able modulate permeability, mechanical ability loaded drugs, using macromolecular engineering formulations, detailed. To conclude, most recent advances polymersomes’ systems that appear very promising especially biomedical application development complex bio-mimetic presented.
