摘要: Abstract Polyethersulfone (PES) ultrafiltration membranes were modified by radical grafting with the aid of redox initiators to create new functional groups on surface. Methacrylate-based monomers used. The membrane surfaces characterized FTIR-ATR spectroscopy detect chemical changes during modification. In addition common adsorption bands carbonyl typical for all grafted polymers, FTIR spectrum displayed absorption in region aliphatic stretching vibration PES (2921–2875 cm −1 ), a lacking original membrane. It was also shown that ATR technique enables recognition albumin surface membranes. Preliminary results indicate, spectral techniques such as subtracting and deconvolution could be applied order recognize conformation adsorbed albumin.
