摘要: A high affinity, triplex-forming oligonucleotide and methods for use thereof wherein an is used to form a triple-stranded nucleic acid molecule with specific DNA segment of target molecule. Upon formation the triplex, binding stimulates mutagenesis within or adjacent sequence using cellular synthesis repair mechanisms thereby producing heritable changes in human animal. The mutation activates, inactivates alters activity function This may be result recombinagenic mechanism induced by oligonucleotide.
