摘要: This study was aimed to characterize clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with adenosquamous lung carcinoma (ASC). Among the 2531 cancer who underwent surgery between January 2000 June 2012 in our hospital, 59 were histologically diagnosed as having ASC. The follow-up data ASC collected analyzed statistically. Superior lobectomy accomplished 40 patients, middle inferior 3, plus partial resection contralateral 5, 4, pneumonectomy 7. Moreover, 22 cases found be adenocarcinoma-predominant, 18 squamous cell carcinoma-predominant. median survival time 13.6 months, 1-, 3-, 5-year rates 59.9%, 36.4% 31.2%, respectively. Of 52 tissue specimens available, 11 had an EGFR mutation (21.2%) 2 a KRAS (3.8%).
