摘要: Quantitative analysis of ginsenoside Rg1, isolated from red ginseng (Panax C. A. MEYER) and one the main saponins, was experimented in rats for studies absorption, distribution, excretion metabolism saponins. The procedure developed as follows. Ginsenoside Rg1 added to biological samples adsorbed on a Servachrom XAD-2 resin column after deproteinization with methanol. eluted 60% methanol aqueous solution further subjected thin-layer chromatography chloroform-methanol-water (65 : 35 10, lower phase) developing solvent 8% vanillin solution/72% H2SO4 (1 5) detecting reagent. As reasonable recoveries standard deviations were found this procedure, concentrations treated (100 mg/kg, p. o.) determined by applying described method.
