摘要: Basal t-PA antigen concentration, PAI-I activity and fibrinolytic capacity was studied in plasma from 20 healthy teenager girls (age 15.9 +/- 1.3 years) two groups of older volunteers, consisting 17 women 32 8 years, group 1) 35 men 34 2). concentrations were found to be highly age-dependent with higher values increasing age. The had significantly lower compared the elderly volunteers. levels after 15 min venous occlusion lower. In this study we also determined effect low-dose oral contraceptives (OC) on coagulation fibrinolysis group. Each served as her own control samples drawn before OC 4 months use. parameters, factor VIII activity, AT III, Protein C platelet counts all within reference OC. (15 min) increased when teenagers used for months. This phenomenon explained by decreased PAI release vessel wall occlusion.
