摘要: This paper reports on a hydrothermal process to grow vertically aligned (K,Na)NbO3 lead-free piezoelectric nanorods single crystal SrTiO3 substrate. Under optimized conditions, micrometer-order-long with sectional width of about 100 nm were grown (100)-cut wafer an oriented film as seeding layer, whereas KNN rods not preferentially bare wafers and no vertical formed (110)- or (111)-cut substrates even the films. The growth direction was revealed be along 〈100〉 direction, which is deduced contribute substrates. arrays may find potential applications in energy harvesting nanodevices nanoscale 1–3 type multifunctional composites.
