摘要: BACKGROUND AND AIMS Endoscopic ultrasound-guided transmural drainage using lumen apposing metal stents (LAMSs) is becoming a popular and promising therapeutic approach for of intra-abdominal fluid collections. There has been an increasing number studies evaluating LAMS pancreatic pseudocysts (PP), walled-off necrosis (WOPN), gallbladder (GB) drainage. The aim this meta-analysis to analyze the literature date regarding clinical success, technical adverse events in treatment collections GB METHODS A comprehensive search multiple databases through November 2016 was performed. Human with at least 10 subjects that examined treating PP, WOPN, were included. RESULTS total 993 patients (608-WOPN; 204-PP; 181-GB drainage) underwent from 20 trials. For pooled success 98.9% [95% confidence interval (CI): 98.2% 99.7%] 90% (95% CI: 87% 93%) (τ=0.001). 97% 95% 99%) 98% 96% 100%), drainage, 91% 93% 97%), Total occurred 11% higher complication rates observed no evidence publication bias meta-analysis. CONCLUSIONS widely accepted high acceptable events. Further prospective randomized trials reporting long-term efficacy cost-effectiveness are needed validate as modality
