摘要: In the metabolism of amino acid, tryptophan, certain products with orthoaminophenol configuration are believed to act as topical carcinogens in urinary bladder. addition, a statistical relationship between cigarette smoking and bladder cancer has been established recent years.Thirty metabolic studies reported on six healthy male subjects when not smoking. Results revealed consistent rise carcinogenic metabolites tryptophan (+ 50%), reciprocal fall end product, N'-methylnicotinamide (- 34%). Carcinogens fell rose stopped These confirm cancer, suggest that blocks normal leading accumulation metabolites.
