摘要: The aim of this study was to develop and evaluate a communication skills training programme for the management dental anxiety. aims were directed at enhancement knowledge skills. research design consisted pre-test-post-test-control group design. instruments test, behavioural role-play test learner report. Thirty-four graduate students participated in study. results showed that had an effect on substantial behaviour students. Moreover, from report acquired important insights their own capacities limitations. conclusions are course as whole is effective dealing with anxious patients.
