摘要: To assess the accuracy of magnetic resonance (MR) imaging in evaluation shoulder after surgery, MR examinations were performed 31 patients before repeated and findings correlated with subsequent operative findings. In addition, associated prior surgery reviewed, including altered structure acromion, soft-tissue metal artifacts, a surgical trough humeral head, nonvisualization subacromial-subdeltoid fat stripe, intermediate signal intensity within substance rotator cuff on images obtained all pulse sequences. The criteria for full-thickness tears are presence fluidlike T2-weighted that extends through an area or portion cuff. With use these criteria, six seven identified at imaging, 90%. Partial indistinguishable from repaired tendons. Findings 74% accurate concerning impingement.
