摘要: Abstract A time-zero detector for flight-time measurements with heavy ions is described. The traverse a thin foil and the secondary electrons splashed from are detected in channel plate multiplier. timing signal derived multiplier pulse. novel features of its simplicity compactness design. time resolution achieved full energy mass span fission fragments spontaneous 252 Cf used as ion source 115 ps (fwhm).
