摘要: • Xenon Xe 133 clearance was used to select the most distal amputation level that would allow sufficient blood flow for healing. Capillary first measured at potential level, then successive proximal levels until an site found had a capillary skin rate greater than or equal 2.6 mL/min/100 g of tissue. in saline (100 500 mCi) injected intracutaneously each and rates were determined using gamma camera interfaced with computer system programmed Ketty-Schmidt formula modified flow. There 45 cases, including one toe, six transmetatarsal, five Syme's 25 below-knee, four knee disarticulation, three above-knee, hip disarticulation amputation. All amputations patients exceeding 2.4 mL/ min/100 tissue healed, two exceptions. (Arch Surg116:86-88, 1981)
