摘要: The requirements for the manufacturers of steel have been increased in many respects recent years. Harsh competition among demands a continuous reduction production costs and improvement product quality. work presented herein describes maximizing rolling mill throughput minimizing processing crop losses by computational intelligence-based process modeling optimization. In this article, an intelligent searching mechanism is introduced to optimize schedule assessing constraints combined cost function tension, shape, power distribution. optimization results compared with current practices based on empirical models. It shown that proposed model can significantly reduce distribution cost, maximize safe level strip obtain good shape. generic complex engineering problem optimization, capable multiple-objective solving.
