摘要: Phosphorus (P) binding groups were identified in phytoplankton, settling particles, and sediment profiles by 31P NMR spectroscopy from the Swedish mesotrophic Lake Erken. The analysis revealed that polyphosphates pyrophosphates abundant water column, but rapidly mineralized sediment. Orthophosphate monoesters teichoic acids degraded more slowly than DNA-P, polyphosphates, P lipids. Humic organic phytoplankton precipitated NaOH extract acidification spectroscopy. was significantly recalcitrant compound remaining solution, does not constitute a major sink of as it did reach stable concentration with depth, which indicates may eventually be degraded. Since also origin humic-P can related solely to allochthonous P.
