摘要: Abstract Background The present study evaluated the underlying structure of Quantitative Checklist for Autism in Toddlers (Q-CHAT) a Serbian sample and its measurement properties community-based screening. Method Data were collected from parents 220 toddlers aged 15–36 months. completed together Q-CHAT Modified - Revised (M-CHAT-R). Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), internal consistency, convergent known-groups validity analyzed, with sensitivity, specificity, predictive values calculated. Results From CFA, 17 out 25 items emerged to represent three factors, namely social communication/interaction, restrictive/repetitive behavior, language impairment. Q-CHAT-10 was found have one-dimensional structure. Cronbach’s α ≥.81 scores. All scores typical development significantly lower compared those ASD. cut-off points that best-balanced sensitivity/specificity total scores, 37 all (96.2/81.9 %), 26 (96.2/93.3 3 (100/93.3 %) Q-CHAT-10, positive/negative .39/.99, .57/1.00, .67/1.00, respectively. Conclusions versions 10 showed sound know-groups validity, high levels sensitivity specificity A multidimensional behaviors, impairment aspects confirmed. This implies autistic traits could be measured dimensionally Q-CHAT, but should verified additional studies.
