摘要: For electromagnetic absorbing and shielding applications, carbon nanotubes (CNT) are widely used due to their excellent electrical physical properties. Fabrication of microwave materials involves the use compounds capable generating dielectric and/or magnetic losses when impinged by an wave. The presence lattice defects e.g. vacancies dislocations contributes loss attenuation in waves, which turn remarkably enhance absorption ability material. With CVD technique is known produce several final product, aligned MWCNTs were successfully synthesized pyrolizing toluene ferrocene inert argon environment. morphology analysis was conducted via FESEM TEM analysis, reveal average length approximately 295 μm, with diameters range 60-200 nm. EDS indicates high yield CNTs, more than 90% weight composition, less 5 % Fe impurities presence. Textural properties studied measuring pore size BET surface area. To understand response CNTs field, permeability permittivity measurement frequency 100 Hz 110 MHz. In conclusion, desirable for enhanced ability.
