摘要: Purpose of review Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one the most common cancers and fourth leading cause cancer-related deaths worldwide. Diet has a significant impact on risk developing CRC, but though processed meat known positive contributor, effects other dietary components are largely mixed. This focuses patterns to describe complexity diversity overall food consumption examine relationship between CRC. Recent findings After searching human studies published in 2017-2018, we selected evaluated 30 articles, including meta-analyses, cohort studies, prospective studies. These suggest that prudent or Mediterranean pattern significantly decreases CRC compared Western pattern; lower inflammatory index higher quality associates with CRC; closely following all aspects World Cancer Research Fund/American Institute for prevention guidelines recommendations correlates reduced Summary The can be by adopting healthier lifestyle. More diet clinical outcomes needed.
