摘要: A method is provided for assessing the toxicity of a compound in test organism by measuring gene expression profiles selected tissues. Gene are measured massively parallel signature sequencing cDNA libraries constructed from mRNA extracted provide extensive information on effects administering to both acute tests and prolonged chronic tests.
