摘要: More than 50% of traffic fatalities occur on two-lane rural roads, and more half these curved roadway sections. A large body research can be used to analyze evaluate the fundamental relationships between accident situation, highway geometric design, driving behavior, dynamics. These factors form basis for development three quantitative safety criteria hazards roads with respect new designs; redesigns; restoration, rehabilitation, or resurfacing projects; existing alignments. The support design engineer in classifying old sections according good (sound), fair (tolerable), poor (dangerous) practices. On observation actual variation rate road alignment, a fuzzy model was developed classify elements by using obtain careful evaluation inconsistencies. For each criterion, inconsistencies were included sets (good, fair, poor) differing degrees membership. By defining linear membership functions, it possible results then determine prioritization scale maintenance interventions. procedure applied databases networks identify dangerous that need interventions improve allocate resources under limited budget conditions.
