摘要: In contrast to slower heating rates, a temperature jump reveals complex rise phases in the heat induced chlorophyll fluorescence emission increase intact plants. Three have been detected which indicate stepwise loss of different quenching mechanism system II fluorescence. Two appear reflect deactivation reaction centers, while other may be associated with induction hydrogenase activity. Variations Tmax jump, for plant varieties, suggest correlation membrane lipid phase transitions affecting thylakoid structure and increase.
