摘要: Abstract In this paper two novel solvent based molding techniques were developed for the post modification of a selection injection molded substrates. We will show that variety 2- and 3-D designs containing nano micron size structures can be fabricated on flat, vertical curved surfaces using green solvents in less than 48 h. The used thin thick film masters composed polydimethylsiloxane polyester conjunction with pure blended to modify polystyrene (PS). Moreover said allowed us fabricate diffractive via multi-step soft imprint lithography (MSSIL). new further validated by microfluidics components integrated features ranging from 0.4 μm 150 μm dish single step. effects residual viability growth E. coli O157 grating cuvettes petri-dishes also measured their effect hydrophobic recovery time plasma treated was recorded. found majority modified did not exhibit any antioxidant or antibacterial properties oxidized significantly differ plasma-treated polystyrene.
