摘要: This study examined the effect of fluid balance on survival in ARDS. Of 213 patients entered into a prospective data collection study, we evaluated 113 who met strict criteria for Multiple variables were analyzed as long 14 days after intubation including cardiac output, pulmonary capillary wedge pressure, mean blood intake minus output (I-O), cumulative (cum I-O), and change weight (Δwt). We found significant differences cum I-O Δwt between survivors nonsurvivors almost every day. Survivors lost had significantly lower compared with nonsurvivors. Logistic regression was used to determine if could predict survival. Patients 3 kg or more much higher than did those gained (67 0%, respectively, Day 14). Similiar results obtained using comparably low high values I-O. The logistic equations demonstrated that weigh...
