Classroom notes: A note on the MacKendrick Von Foerster type model in a population with genetic structure

摘要: Using an evolution equation approach, the dynamical behaviour of some biological systems can best be described by a set first-order partial differential equations MacKendrick Von Foerster type. An attempt is made to solve latter Laplace Transform (LT) method, which has great advantage over method characteristics, in sense that it gives result more compact form, including Heaviside function, thus exhibiting right continuity solution on ℝ. In case genetically transmitted disease such as sickle-cell anaemia (SCA), population naturally divides into three genotypic groups, namely, normal (AA), carriers (AS) and sicklers (SS), therefore, dynamics renewal are derived based genotype structure.
