摘要: The present work describes preparation of he- moglobin-incorporated multiwalled carbon nanotubes- poly-l-lysine (MWCNT-PLL)/Hb) composite modified electrode film glassy (GCE) and its electrocatalytic behavior towards reduction bro- mate (BrO � ) in 0.1 M acetate buffer (pH 5.6). modi- fied has been successfully fabricated by immo- bilizing hemoglobin on MWCNT dispersed poly-l- lysine. surface morphologies MWCNT, PLL Hb were characterized using atomic force microscopy (AFM). voltammetric features suggested that the charge transport through was fast elec- trochemical resembles surface-confined redox species.
