摘要: The herein-disclosed putty is for forming air-tight and smoke-tight seals under normal fire exposure conditions, bubbles up when heated with flame, producing a foamed carbonaceous layer having outstanding fire-retardancy. It mixture cone penetration value of 2-40 which includes (a) liquid or semi-solid organic material viscosity 50-100,000 c.st. at 210° F (b) phosphoric acid compound substituted one more nitrogen-containing groups. may also contain (c) polyhydric alcohols and/or carbohydrates increased retardancy, (d) blowing agents insulating effect, (e) grease, high temperature flow resistance, (f) heat resistant fiber, reinforcement, (g) microballoons, effect other additives. enclosed drawing discloses particularly desirable proportions the components in relation to amount component (b).
