摘要: Abstract Polypropylene hybrid composites were made using coconut and glass fibers as reinforcing agents in the polypropylene matrix. The incorporation of both into PP matrix has resulted reduction flex-ural, tensile, impact strengths elongation at break. been attributed to increased incompatibility between matrix, irregularity fiber size, especially for biofibers shown by scanning electron micrographs. Both flexural tensile moduli have improved with increasing level loading. Most properties tested Composites high fibers/low biofiber loading are comparable ones low fiber/high results show that more could be incorporated which would give same range higher fibers.
